Visit the Center for Education for Sustainability - Tel Aviv. The Center initiates and promotes initiatives that deal with sustainability in the various areas: legislation, education, and the urban space. The Center, or the full name of the Israeli Institute for Environmental Thinking and Leadership, is an environmental protection organization in Israel. The organization focuses on the educational development and distribution of environmentally-social-spiritual attitudes regarding long-term planning and resource consumption in Israel. At the center of the Institute's philosophy is the concept of "sustainability," i.e., a situation in which human actions do not impair the ability of future generations to satisfy their needs and desires. This position often clashes with the prevailing approach of consuming unlimited environmental resources. In its view of sustainability, humankind is one part of a complex system rather than its supreme ruler. The organization is a member of the Environmental Justice Association in Israel and in life and the environment - the umbrella organization of environmental organizations in Israel.
